The Process Technician (Swing Shift) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for the manufacture of formulation AU & CSCA batches.
This position is part of the Production Operations department located in Lismeehan, O'Callaghan's Mills, Co. Clare and will be based onsite. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
* Manufacture Formulation AU & CSCA batch's
* Calibrate and maintain production equipment.
* Clean tanks and use/maintain the CIP system.
* Upkeep neat and accurate written records, ensuring compliance with relevant procedures.
* Comply with set Housekeeping / Safety / Environmental standards and regulations within the department.
* Comply with regulatory and company Quality and Safety Practices and requirements.
* Audit preparation within the department.
The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include
* Leaving Certificate
* Experience working in a laboratory environment with good working knowledge of laboratory techniques
* Familiarity with basic laboratory equipment such as analytical balance, pH meter, pipettes, fume hoods, spectrophotometers, etc.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
* Previous industrial formulating/compounding experience is preferable
* Working in a Manufacturing Operations role as part of a team using problem solving tools in a manufacturing work environment
* Knowledge and experience of GMP in a highly regulated manufacturing work environment.
Hours Of Work
* Week 1: You will work from 8.00am to 4.00pm daily, Monday through Thursday and 8.00am – 3.00pm on Friday.
* Week 2: You will work from 4.00pm to 12.00am Monday through Thursday and 3.00pm -10.00pm Friday.
