What You'll Be Doing
* Develop and execute a clear, results-driven
sales strategy
aligned with company objectives.
* Lead, mentor, and empower the sales team to achieve and surpass targets.
* Identify, pursue, and secure
new business opportunities
in both established and emerging markets.
* Build long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and key decision-makers.
* Analyse data, market trends, and competitor activity to refine commercial strategy.
* Collaborate closely with operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure unified business goals.
* Prepare insightful performance reports and forecasts for leadership.
* Negotiate pricing and contracts to secure sustainable growth.
* Represent the company at trade events, exhibitions, and client meetings across Ireland and beyond.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and uphold the company's commercial policies.
What You Bring
* At least
5 years' experience
in a B2B sales, account management, or business development role (manufacturing, packaging, or related industry experience preferred).
* Proven success leading or mentoring a small team toward measurable results.
* Confident communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
* Strategic mindset with a practical, data-informed approach to decision-making.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
* Willingness to travel and represent the business externally when required.
