Our multinational client in Dublin city centre has an exciting opportunity for a Recruiter, for a 6 month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and engaging top talent for the organisation, with focus on Sales recruitment. Hybrid working on offer with 3 days onsite and 2 days work from home. Responsibilities Required *Conducting deep sourcing assessments with candidates from a variety of sources, to deliver the best quality talent. *Establish relationships with candidates to build a strong pipeline for future opportunities. *Submit and share fully assessed qualified talent to your Recruitment colleagues for next stages in the process. Maintain data on applicant tracking system throughout recruitment processes *Recommend improvement opportunities to enhance the candidate experience and process efficiencies *Develop strong stakeholder relationships *Ensure a positive candidate experience through each recruitment process Experience Required *3+ years of Recruitment or Sourcing experience *Bachelor's Degree *Excellent Sourcing skills.
