Person in Charge
We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Person in Charge. This is an exciting opportunity to take your career to the next level and make a real difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and acquired brain injury.
The role is based in Meath and involves working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the highest quality standard of care is delivered to service users, empowering them to achieve their short- and long-term goals while mastering independent living skills.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A nursing degree or a Level 8 degree in Social Care with CORU registration;
* At least three years' managerial experience within the health sector;
* A recognised managerial qualification (minimum level 6 on the National Framework of Qualifications);
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
