About This Role
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a leading Property Management Service Provider as their Residential Property Manager. Our client has an outstanding reputation in the Irish property sector and recently won a new portfolio of business.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the administration of residential developments, ensuring seamless day-to-day management.
* Manage relationships with clients, responding to queries via various channels, reviewing correspondence, and approving drafts where necessary.
* Review and manage credit control issues for OMCs, liaising with relevant departments as required.
* Liaise with the Operations Department on work requirements for each development, including the tendering process.
* Collaborate with the Accounts department on audited accounts from draft to final.
* Liaise with the Senior Office Administrator on insurance policies and claims.
* Prepare reports for Clients and the Senior Management Team.
* Attend AGMs and other meetings outside regular office hours.
* Operate and monitor SLAs for Management Companies, conducting site visits as prescribed by individual SLAs.
* In conjunction with the Project Manager, oversee the implementation of project work required by Directors/Developers/Committees.
Requirements
* Possess a PSRA license or confirmed eligibility.
* Degree-qualified with proven management experience in a recognized organization within the property industry.
* At least 3 years' experience in a management role with strong management experience in office systems, budgeting, finance, and operations.
* Must have proven success demonstrating leadership, customer service, problem-solving, decision-making, multitasking, communication, and organizational skills.
* Familiarity with MUD legislation.
