Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Leisure Centre Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations and staffing of our leisure centre. As a key member of our hotel's operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and effective environment for our guests.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in managing the gym during staff absence
* Support employee training, development, engagement, and HR issues
* Implement and maintain high standard operating procedures across all service areas
* Liaise with department heads regarding operational matters
* Drive sales and model exemplary customer service standards

Key Requirements:
* Proven experience using point-of-sale systems
* At least 6 months of prior experience in a supervisory or management role within a leisure centre
* Fluent written and spoken English skills
* Fully qualified and certified Gym Instructor
* Fully qualified and certified Lifeguard (up-to-date certification)
* Certified in Occupational First Aid (up-to-date certification)
* Certified Pool Plant Room Operator (desirable)
* REPs Ireland Registration
