We are currently recruiting for a highly organised and customer-focusedReceptionist / Administratorto join our team at Rosemount House Nursing Home.
Job Summary
The purpose of the Front of House Receptionist / Administrator is to provide exceptional customer service, with a compassionate and empathetic approach, to the residents, their families and visitors. A key part of the role is providing administrative support to the management, financial and HR functions of the home.
Duties include
* Reception and telephone duties
* Meeting and greeting visitors
* Providing administrative support to the management
* Attending to resident and visitor queries
* Ensuring confidentiality of resident details
* Preparation of payroll report
* General administration duties

* A professional, empathetic and respectful demeanour
* Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Ability to multitask and rescheduling priorities
* Previous experience in a similar role
