Role Overview
We are looking for an Enablement Content Specialist who thrives at the intersection of technical writing, digital adoption, and instructional design.
In this role, you will be a part of building the bridge between our complex product capabilities and our users' success. You will work closely with our learning and documentation leadership to transform technical specifications into elegant, digestible, and actionable content that empowers our customers to achieve their goals.
Responsibilities
Content Creation & Technical Writing
* Simplify the Complex: Draft, revise, and maintain high-quality support documentation and knowledge base articles that break down intricate technical topics.
* Multimedia Development: Support the design and development of training materials, including e-learning modules, instructional videos, product use guides, and presentations.
* In-App Guidance: Help manage and expand our digital adoption platform (DAP) content to provide just-in-time learning within the product interface.
* Channel Management: Create and maintain consistent content across all enablement channels, including in-app content, release notes, and multimedia guides.
Digital Adoption & LMS Administration
* Onboarding Excellence: Support the management of new user onboarding workflows via our learning management system (LMS) and digital adoption platform (DAP)
* System Maintenance: Provide administrative support for the LMS and DAP, ensuring the backend organization is as seamless as the frontend experience.
Collaboration & Strategy
* SME Partnership: Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing to translate technical product changes into customer-friendly enablement materials.
* Instructional Design Support: Assist the Instructional Designer with scriptwriting, content formatting, and course creation.
* General Enablement: Help ideate, coordinate, and execute live and virtual training sessions, webinars, and workshops.
Your profile
* "Technical Translator": You enjoy deconstructing complex topics and rebuilding it into clear, simple instructions.
* Detail-Obsessed: You have a sharp eye for consistency, clarity, and design, ensuring every guide and video meets high professional standards.
* Adaptable: You are comfortable working in a fast-paced SaaS environment where product updates happen frequently .
* Education: Degree in Design, Education, Technical Writing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
* Writing Prowess: Excellent editing and instructional communication skills.
* Technical Interest: A strong interest in SaaS support and digital training design.
* Toolbox:
* Required: Proficiency in Google Suite.
* Preferred: Familiarity with LMS platforms ( Docebo, Absorb), e-learning design tools (Articulate, Captivate), Knowledge Base tools (Zendesk, Intercom, etc.), and DAP authoring ( Whatfix, WalkMe, Pendo).
* Design: Experience with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite is a significant plus.
