General Manager
Oversight of day-to-day operations and production is required in this General Manager role. Factory management will be key to success.
* The individual must drive strategic initiatives, ensure business success, and lead the operations, engineering, quality, procurement, and administration functions.
* Achieving highest standards in the operations department, meeting customer expectations, and delivering on-time are all essential.
* Building relationships with customers, setting objectives, improving systems, procedures, and managing finances are also crucial.
* This role assumes responsibility for health and safety throughout the organisation.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience at a management level within manufacturing and engineering is necessary.
* In-depth knowledge of machining and fabrication or related production processes would be advantageous.
* A relevant third-level qualification would be beneficial.
* Excellent leadership skills including goal setting, motivating, training, and mentorship are required.
