Job Opportunity: Regular Giving Partnership Manager
Oxfam Ireland is seeking a Regular Giving Partnership Manager to lead the strategy and management of our external face-to-face fundraising programme. The role involves overseeing operations and maintaining relationships with external F2F agency partners.
This position requires developed leadership skills and the ability to execute strategies that enhance programme performance, ensure regulatory compliance, foster innovation, and optimize relationships with recruitment agency partners for growth.
Key Skills and Experience:
1. Proven expertise in regular giving acquisition and face-to-face fundraising.
2. Experience managing agency contracts and third-party vendors.
3. Strong people management skills with a track record of leading high-performing teams.
4. Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
5. Ability to analyse and interpret financial and operational data.
6. Experience in setting, developing, and managing budgets.
