My client is seeking an experienced
IT Application Support Engineer with fluent German
to join their
EMEA Customer Care
team, supporting
mission-critical medical applications
used by hospitals across the EU.
Based in their
state-of-the-art Donegal Global Delivery Centre

Key Responsibilities
* Provide
first-line application support
for healthcare systems
* Log, track, and prioritize incidents using
ITSM tools
in line with SLAs
* Perform
basic troubleshooting
across applications, databases, storage, and OS environments
* Escalate complex issues to
L2/L3 teams
with clear documentation
* Monitor systems and respond to alerts to prevent downtime
* Maintain knowledge base documentation and support continuous improvement
* Ensure compliance with
healthcare data security and regulatory standards
* Collaborate with infrastructure, integration, and application teams
Required Skills & Experience
* Application support experience in a technical environment
* Basic knowledge of
Windows/Linux
, databases, storage, and infrastructure
* Experience with ticketing and remote support tools
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-service skills
* German (B2+) and English (B2+)
Desirable:
IT degree or certification;
ITIL.
Knowledge of
HL7/DICOM
