* Oversee diary management and coordinate meetings and appointments with ease.
* Maintain strong client relationships through professional communication.
* Prepare, format, and manage legal documentation efficiently.
* Handle filing, billing, and other general administrative tasks accurately.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in a legal environment is mandatory, preferably within litigation.
* Proficient in digital dictation and audio typing.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and case management systems is essential.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
