HR Generalist Role
We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join our team at Harry-Walsh Associates Ltd.
Main Responsibilities:
* Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
* Payroll Processing
* Employee Relations and Training
Key Responsibilities:
1. Align the interview process framework to ensure seamless talent acquisition.
2. Review and optimize the recruitment process for embedding in our HR system.
3. Maintain contracts with external recruitment agencies and job advert formatting.
4. Onboard new employees through orientation and ongoing support.
5. Ensure accurate payroll processing, including employee hours, leave, and month-end reporting.
6. Map training needs and coordinate with line management.
7. Budgeting and headcount alignment through workforce planning.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist in a manufacturing environment.
* Degree and CIPD qualification (ideally).
* Previous experience supporting payroll processes.
* Knowledge of HR systems is advantageous.
