About Your New Job
Liaising with Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors: Communicate effectively via phone, email, and CRM systems.
Property Oversight: Implement and support the day-to-day operation and maintenance of a portfolio of residential properties.
Maintenance Management: Organize all maintenance matters, including triage of issues, obtaining quotes, and authorizing works.
Financial Reviews: Conduct periodic financial reviews and report on expenditure and rental income.
Lease and Rental Management: Handle lease matters, rental payments, late rent procedures, and tenant breaches of obligation.
Property Inspections: Oversee and review property inspections to ensure regular building upkeep.
Client and Tenant Relations: Address client complaints, manage RTB mediations/hearings, and coordinate tenant move-outs and utility transfers.
What Skills You Need
Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Computer Proficiency: High level of computer proficiency and strong administrative skills.
Experience: At least 2 years of office experience, preferably in customer service or office administration.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Team Player: Ability to work well with others as part of a team.
