We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a newly created Administrator role supporting the Maintenance & Facilities function.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career or a recent graduate looking to gain broad exposure across maintenance, EH&S, HR training, and general administration within a well-structured organisation.
The Role This is a varied, hands-on position where you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the site.
The role will primarily focus on Preventative Maintenance administration (approx. 80%), while also supporting training coordination and general administrative functions.
You will also act as the first point of contact on-site, managing the lobby area and interacting with visitors, contractors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage Preventative Maintenance (PM) administration Support Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) documentation and processes Assist with HR training administration and certification records Manage front-of-house duties meeting and greeting visitors, issuing passes, and maintaining logs Coordinate contractors and vendors for scheduled services and site visits Handle incoming and outgoing post, including franking and distribution Manage office supplies and stationery orders Provide general administrative support to the Maintenance & Facilities team Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with internal quality standards About You Previous experience in an administrative role (or a relevant qualification) Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with data entry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work on your own initiative Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Whats on Offer 5% pension contribution (matched) Fully subsidised healthcare (VHI) including day-to-day and GP cover 22 days annual leave (increasing with service) Structured training and development in a growing facilities function Opportunity to gain exposure across maintenance, EH&S, and HR Additional Information This role is 100% onsite in Raheen, Limerick Early start required (7:00am or 7:30am) If you are looking to build a career in administration with exposure to multiple business functions, this is a fantastic opportunity.
