Swim Coordinator – Part Time – Aura Dundalk
Job Overview
Your role involves leading the Aura Swim Programmes, managing day‑to‑day operations, coordinating programming, personnel, marketing, and stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities
Display a commitment to our vision, purpose and values.
Undertake and coordinate local and centralised marketing activities to maximise programme capacity.
Coordinate all Swim Programmes to maintain the highest standards.
Drive service excellence by building strong communications and customer relationships.
Maintain relationships with schools in the Schools Swimming Programme and other local groups.
Administer all bookings, including credit control.
Work with the Operations Manager to recruit, manage, train and develop swim teachers.
Attend regular meetings with other Swim Coordinators within the group.
Contribute to a strong working team and build morale.
Compile reports and paperwork related to the swim academy within required timeframes.
Be an Aura ambassador and represent the company professionally.
Ensure a fun and inclusive learning environment for participants.
Qualifications & Skills
Passion for delivering customer service and building positive relationships.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience developing similar programmes is an advantage.
Results‑driven with a strong commercial understanding.
Excellent organisational, time management, planning and administration skills.
Level II Swim Teacher qualification required.
Excellent PC skills and Microsoft Office experience.
Positive attitude and genuine focus on teamwork.
Shared sense of philosophy – helping people feel better about themselves.
RLSS Lifeguard qualification an advantage.
Flexible in relation to hours/days of work.
Fluent English required.
Pay & Benefits
Basic rate: €17.00 per hour, Monday to Saturday.
Eligibility for a performance‑related bonus after successful completion of probation, pro‑rata basis.
