The firm offers a range of corporate finance advisory services including mergers and acquisitions, valuations and fundraising and caters to a wide range of sectors both in the Irish and international markets.
Responsibilities of this Corporate Finance Associate Job:
* Preparing and assisting with Business Plans / Funding proposals / Company valuations for both current and potential clients
* Financial modelling and scenario analysis
* Advising on Strategic M&A on both buy and sell side
* Financial analysis related to transactions
* Getting exposure to deal negotiations
Requirements of this Corporate Finance Associate Job:
o Be a recently qualified accountant
o Have a strong academic background
o Have some experience in or exposure to Corporate Finance transactions
o Be comfortable developing and enhancing financial models and undertaking financial analysis
o Have excellent analytical, project management, and research skills with a strong commercial acumen
