Key Responsibilities
* Culinary Excellence: Develop and maintain high-quality menus that meet the expectations of our discerning customers.
* Kitchen Operations: Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations including food preparation, menu planning and kitchen audits to ensure seamless delivery of service.
* Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a diverse team of kitchen staff to achieve outstanding results and drive customer satisfaction.
* Communication: Foster effective communication with all stakeholders including kitchen staff, management and customers to ensure seamless coordination of kitchen operations.
* Safety and Hygiene: Maintain highest standards of HACCP, food hygiene and safety to prevent any risk to customers or staff.
Fundamental Qualifications
* Minimum 3-5 years experience as Head Chef in busy restaurants or hotel environments.
* Possession of strong leadership skills, creative flair for menu development and excellent culinary knowledge.
* Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, afternoons, days, nights and weekends.
