Job Description
The below job description is designed to provide an overview of the role however tasks are not limited to the below:
* Collaborates with team manager and stakeholders to understand the business processes and support these by offering insights and direction based on analytics from previous workstreams carried out within the business.
* Identifies and establishes scope of requirements & analysis on a campaign-by-campaign basis to define the outputs and impact, against agreed metrics.
* Researches, reviews, and analyses the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.
* Participates in the selection of any requirements documentation software solutions that the organization may opt to use.
* Review current suite of reporting and build recommendations that would automate reports where appropriate.
* Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to both our clients and our management teams
* Assists with the interpretation of customer requirements into feasible options, and allows the business to provide functional clear insights back to the business.
* Builds agent level reporting dashboards that will assist with the management of the team as well as identify areas of opportunity.
* Plays an active role in reviewing business outputs on a regular basis with a view to make recommendations based on what the data is showing.
* Ability to tell a clear story and build recommendations based on data sets.

Business Analyst Qualifications / Skills
* Advanced knowledge of Power BI
* ECDL qualification and/or demonstrable experience.
* Literacy in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and/or other data management software.
* Knowledge of VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables and Macros.
* Pro-active thinker and problem solver who can make recommendations to the business based on analysis.
* Can work on own initiative as well as being a strong Team player.
* Good oral, written and interpersonal communication skills in the English language.
* Basic knowledge of SQL and an understanding of relational database principles would be an advantage.
