As a key member managing and maintaining the site you'll be at the heart of all things engagement, culture & community in our Dublin office. You'll focus on helping to bring Monzo magic to the forefront of a Monzonauts experience, whether they're based in the office, visiting or working remotely. No two days are alike as you're responsible not only for running the office, but also new employee onboarding, company events and engagement strategy.
