* About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of residential construction projects from pre-construction through to completion;
* Responsible for project delivery, cost management, capex management, and contract administration;
* Raise awareness among stakeholders regarding potential risks that could negatively affect projects;
Requirements / Qualifications :
