* Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the Construction and Engineering sectors.
* Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through market analysis, networking, and lead generation.
* Develop and execute strategic business development plans for key accounts.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline aligned with production and supply chain teams. Gain expertise in the organization's value proposition, products, and services to maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Accurately update CRM and ERP systems with enquiries, quotes, and orders. Provide regular performance reports to senior leadership. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy. Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required.
