Front Office Manager Overview
The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the Front Office by effectively leading and motivating associates, maintaining departmental training and development and strict adherence to all Waterford Hotel Group guest service standards.
The right candidate will be detail oriented with excellent organizational skills, have the ability to make quick decisions, and problem-solve to achieve guest satisfaction while ensuring compliance with policy and financial standards.
Schedule
2pm - 11pm; Tuesday - Saturday.
This is not a Monday-through-Friday job; it requires a flexible schedule that includes weekends, holidays, and nights.
Job Requirements
Ideal candidate must have at least 2-3 years of Hotel Front Desk Supervisor experience.
Detail oriented with emphasis on continuous process improvement.
Ability to work independently within a framework.
Must be able to pass a thorough background check and be drug free.
