Senior Project Quantity Surveyor Role
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in dealing with subcontractors and clients in relation to valuations, variations, final accounts and cost reporting.
* Key responsibilities include:
* Providing pre-contract cost control and advice to design teams and clients
* Preparing and delivering estimating and cost planning reports directly to clients
* Compiling contract documentation and preparing bills of quantities
* Reviewing and resolving contractual claims
* Attending meetings with clients and design team members
