Job Summary
Role Overview:
This role involves leading the sales team in the Euronics department, focusing on driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service while collaborating with the Branch Manager to set sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Management: Manage sales performance within the Euronics department, ensuring timely processing of invoices, accruals, and Statements of Account (SOAs).
* Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, working closely with suppliers to ensure relevant product offerings that meet market trends and changes.
* Merchandising and Inventory Control: Oversee merchandising activities for electrical goods, maintaining optimal stock levels and efficient inventory turnover to avoid obsolete products.
* Staff Management: Train, motivate, and manage staff within the department, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, handling queries and concerns in a professional manner.
