Job Description:
* Provide clinical leadership and management of day-to-day clinical practices.
* Manage staff rostering, delegation, supervision, performance and development.
* Clinical governance and assessment of risks.
This role requires the delivery of high standards of nursing care that meet individual resident needs. Ensuring policies are read, understood, and practiced at all times.
