The ideal candidate for this role will be a well-rounded and commercial retail manager who is proactive in their approach and can work using their own initiative. Experience in management or supervision of personnel within a retail outlet is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales through your team, managing the day-to-day operation of the store while ensuring costs are contained within targets, and maximizing store profitability by promoting sales within the store.
To achieve these goals, you will need to ensure that a high level of customer service is delivered at all times and manage, coach, and motivate the team to deliver to all targets and lead by example.
This role requires excellent leadership credentials, commercial awareness, and an ability to drive sales through your team. Additionally, you will need to have good training and development capabilities to support the growth and development of your team members.
