Multimetals Recycling Ltd is a busy metal recycling company and are seeking to appoint a weighbridge administrator to join their business on a permanent full-time contract based at our site on The Murrough, Wicklow Town. The facility operates from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 1pm on Saturday. The days of work will normally be fixed however flexibility is required on occasion. All candidates should have some administration experience, the ability to work in a high-pressure environment will be beneficial. This position would be suitable for an individual who can remain calm under pressure and can manage a varied workload. All training will be provided.Key Duties –Responsible for all functions associated with the weighbridgeTake customer and supplier bookings for skip hire and organise drivers and truck fleetInteracting with customers and maintain good relationshipsResponsible for admitting vehicles to and from the site in line with standard proceduresEnsure high levels of accuracy when logging vehicle and load detailsFirst point of contact for all customers, suppliers and visitors, meeting and greeting customersResponsible for all incoming and outgoing materials, wastes and productsIssuing dockets and associated paperwork as requiredHigh levels of customer service at all timesAnswering telephone calls of all incoming queries promptly and in a professional mannerHandle daily office administration tasksDelivering customer payments and conducting reconciliationDealing with account customers and queriesFollowing policies and procedures, collaborating with the teamWork closely alongside Office Management and Accounts Lead to keep operations running smoothlyThese duties suggest the general tasks of the position however it does not cover all activities or responsibilities required for the role.****Full Training Will Be Provided****Competencies and Skills –Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel, OutlookExcellent interpersonal, communication and customer care skillsAbility to prioritise workload and work under pressureStrong organisational skills and attention to detailFlexibilityWillingness to work as part of a team and take direction accuratelyBe honest and reliableThrive in a face changing environmentProfessional in your approach to workPrevious experience in dealing directly with customersBenefits –Staff TrainingOn Site ParkingAnnual Leave EntitlementOn Site Canteen FacilitiesProgression available within the role for the right candidateJob Type: Full-timePay: €14.50 per hourBenefits:On-site parkingWork Location: In person
