Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer
We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, coding, and deploying machine learning models that deliver impactful results.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining ML models that quantify product price-elasticity and cannibalization effect to support multi-period promotions. They will also refine time-series forecasting algorithms to predict demand across multiple regions and product lines.
In addition, they will develop optimization workflows (OR-Tools) that balance sales growth and business constraints. The candidate should have expertise in measuring the performance of unsupervised and supervised models.
A strong background in experimentation design, causal inference, uplift modeling, online A/B testing frameworks, and relevant metrics is desirable. Experience working with custom ML platforms for continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring of machine learning models is also an asset.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in CS/Statistics/Data Science/Operations Research/Econometrics specializing in machine learning and optimization problems
Desired Skillset
* Strong programming skills in Python or Java
* Familiarity with popular deep learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
* Experience working with cloud services such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform
