Key Responsibilities:

* To achieve strategic business objectives, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
* Analyse sales data and market trends to drive revenue growth through informed decision-making.
* In partnership with senior management, maintain accurate stock levels, ensuring the optimal product range to meet customer demand.
* Ensure department layouts and adjacencies are consistently applied.

Additional responsibilities include establishing and enforcing brand standards, providing coaching and feedback to team members, and contributing to performance assessments.
