Responsibilities
:
Delivery of a suite ofpany secretarial services to the highest standard to include (but not limited to):
1. Maintenance and monitoring ofpany secretarial filing dates andmunication of same to both internal and external client base.
2. Responsibility for timely submission and maintenance of filings with thepanies Registration Office and other relevant regulators (RBO, CRBOT etc.).
3. Co-ordinatingpany formations and branch registrations in Ireland and UK and responsibility for ongoing annualpliance in both jurisdictions.
4. Serve as a key point of contact for client boards of directors and ensuringprehensiveernance support.
5. Preparation of board meeting minutes and resolutions including attendance at board & member meetings.
6. Oversight/preparation of documentation for Annual General Meetings and assistance with other minutes as required.
7. Maintenance of statutory registers on internal systems and updating minute books and statutory registers.
8. Ensuring effectivepletion of client transactions to include preparation of necessary corporate documents, attend to statutory filings, review of constitutional documents, Summary Approval Procedures, etc.
9. Ad hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time, share re-orgs, distributions etc.
10. Responsibility for onboarding, training, mentoring and appraising new team members.
11. Assist with planning and delivery of budgetary targets.
12. Assistance with other internalpliance matters as and when required.

Relevant Experience :
20. Experience in a top tier accounting/law firm an advantage.
21. Proven track record of working on a large and diverse portfolio.
22. Experience ofpany secretarial software RELATE/Blueprint required.
Education and Professional Qualification :
23. Primary degree in business, law or accounting an advantage.
24. CGI qualified/part qualified or seeking registration with GCI to undertake qualification with a minimum of 4 yearspany secretarial experience.
