About the Role:



We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Director to lead our production team. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-quality products while minimizing costs and improving efficiency.




Key Responsibilities:



* Lead a team of Production Leads, Team Leaders, and Operators in achieving manufacturing excellence

* Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of production plans

* Maintain accurate records of production data, inventory levels, and employee performance metrics


The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking abilities, and effective communication skills. A degree in Business or Engineering is preferred but not essential.
