You will be a vital part of our team on the factory floor, working alongside other skilled operatives to achieve our goals.ResponsibilitiesWork as part of a team to meet daily production targetsOperate and maintain production equipment to ensure efficiency and safetyComplete quality control checks to ensure high standards of product qualityAdhere to hygiene and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environmentReport any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management immediatelyAttend training sessions to develop skills and knowledgeFollow instructions from supervisors and management to ensure efficient workflowRequirementsPrevious experience in a similar role in the food production industry Excellent communication skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Physical fitness and ability to engage in repetitive tasks for long periods of time Basic computer literacy Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and report issues Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
