Early Years Service Management Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic service manager to lead our new early years service in Leixlip, Co. Kildare.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of FETAC/QQI level 6 in Early Childhood Care and Education or equivalent, with relevant and proven experience record managing a Full Day Care service including School Age Childcare.
Responsibilities will include operational management, curriculum development, staff management, and marketing the services.
The successful candidate must be able to manage and supervise a team, support their continuous professional development, and have excellent organisational and planning skills.
Additional responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate records, and promoting the service through viewings and inquiries.

Job Description
* Operational Management: Ensure the financial viability of the service by efficiently managing registrations and admissions and maintaining compliance with regulations and guidelines.
* Curriculum Development: Ability to implement and develop a high quality child-centric curriculum in line with Aistear and Síolta while fostering equality and diversity.
* Staff Management: In charge of overall staff management, including recruitment, training and performance, while maintaining a Best Practice culture.
* Marketing: Promote and market the services and conduct viewings and inquiries.
* Health and Safety: Responsible for implementing all company policies, procedures, health and safety/risk assessment as stipulated in the Childcare Regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum of FETAC/QQI level 6 in Early Childhood Care and Education or equivalent.
* Relevant and proven experience record managing a Full Day Care service including School Age Childcare.
* Strong leadership skills.
* Excellent organisational and planning skills.
* Ability to manage and supervise a team while supporting their continuous professional development.
* Have a full understanding of all guidelines as set out by Tusla.
* Have an excellent level of the English Language and Communication skills.
