Camphill Communities of Ireland (CCo I) are recruiting for: Team Leader Kyle Camphill Communities of Ireland (CCo I) supports people with physical/intellectual disabilities and autism.
CCo I operates Residential and Day Services across 15 locations, in which residents and day-attendees are supported to live an ordinary life, a life like any other.
We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join our Kyle Community in County Kilkenny.
Job Title: Team Leader Contract: Permanent Hours: Fulltime (40 hours per week)Salary: €46,466 - €55,244 per annum You will have the opportunity to work as part of a committed team, we offer a competitive salary, and you will have access to collaborative and learning work within a leading national organisation.
What you will need: Hold a minimum of a Level 7 on the QQI Framework - BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent qualification in Heath or Social Care.
At least 2 years management experience at a similar level of responsibility.
Have 3 years experience of working with vulnerable adults or adults with intellectual disabilities.
An understanding of current policy and developments at national and sectoral level in relation to Social Care within disability services.
Effective interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
Proficient IT skills relevant to the role, to include Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Share Point, One Drive and Teams.
A full driver's licence is an essential requirement.
