Job Description
The role of the Site Health and Safety Officer is a critical one, requiring a strong focus on ensuring the safety and well-being of personnel working on site.
* Reporting to the onsite EHS Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all site works are carried out safely in compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
* You will work closely with contractors, project managers, and stakeholders to promote a positive safety culture and encourage open communication.
* Your responsibilities will include conducting regular EHS audits and inspections, investigating incidents, and implementing corrective actions.
* You will also be responsible for managing EHS documentation, tracking KPIs, and providing timely updates to clients and stakeholders.

* EHS Compliance: Ensure all site works are carried out safely in compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
* Construction Specialist: Work closely with contractors, project managers, and stakeholders to promote a positive safety culture.

Requirements
* Qualifications: Hold a relevant qualification in Occupational Health and Safety (or other related studies).
* Experience: Proven competence of health, safety, and welfare regulations, guidelines, and best practices in construction. 3-7 years' experience in a similar role in large scale projects.
* Skillset: Proficient in MS Office - PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and safety management software. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish effective professional relationships.
