Job Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage key activities within the engineering team.

* Manage multiple projects to address factory engineering obsolescence, equipment prioritization, and project schedules.

* Maintain the validated state of engineering systems and conduct control system revalidation.

* Continuously improve departmental processes and standardization related to controls technology and programming, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

* Coordinate troubleshooting of high-speed filling, assembly, and packaging equipment.

* Manage training and development of engineering personnel.

* Support quality initiatives, investigate triage events, and address corrective actions.

* Support internal and external regulatory audits and develop remediation plans.

* Define governance and procedures for the engineering team.

* Manage disaster recovery processes and system backups as part of preventative maintenance.

* Collaborate with other departments to improve workflows.

* Lead OT/IT integration on automated systems.

Minimum Qualifications:
