BnM is hiring a Project Manager. This role will initially focus on the Future Arrangements for System Services (FASS) project. In addition, the role will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects linked to regulatory and market changes impacting BnM's renewable energy assets and trading activities, the Future Power Markets programme, including Scheduling & Dispatch, FASS, the Day-Ahead System Services Auction (DASSA), SEMOpx market reforms, and related EirGrid and European regulatory developments.

The Project Manager will contribute to other projects including technology procurement, systems/process enhancements, operational readiness initiatives, and other business led projects requiring structured project management oversight.

This role is suited to an ambitious professional with early project management experience who is looking to develop their career in energy, regulatory change, and business operations. The Project Manager is responsible for delivering assigned projects within relevant governance frameworks and ensuring projects are planned, controlled, and delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with organisational strategy and standards.

Regulatory and Market support: Support the end to end delivery of Future Power Markets project, working with technical SMEs to translate regulatory and market requirements into actionable tasks across key workstreams (e.g. Scheduling & Dispatch, FASS, DASSA, SEMOpx changes, Long Duration Energy Storage). Ensure timely delivery of market and system service changes that underpin commercial, trading, revenue, and compliance objectives (e.g. system services competitive auctions, non-priority dispatch integration, gas operations at Cushaling
- ).Projects: Future Arrangement for System Services (FASS), lead BnM's FASS project, including procurement and rollout of new technologies, tools, systems, supporting and enabling service
- s.Project Coordination & Delivery: Support the preparation, maintenance, and reporting of project execution plans and governance documents, including risk registers, RAID logs, dashboards, and status updates. Ensuring effective tracking, analysis, and escalation of risks and providing high-quality, accurate information to steering groups and governance boards to support informed financial, operational, and regulatory decision-making. Support procurement activities including Request for Tender(RFT) documentation, tender evaluations and contract negotiations. - g.Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams and coordinate activities across Trading, Operations, Technology, Finance, Treasury, Legal, Procurement and other internal stakeholders to ensure aligned delivery of project objective

Third level degree (min 2:1 classification) in Business, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Energy Systems, or a related discipline. 2+ years' experience in project coordination, business change, regulatory/market projects, or similar roles within energy, utilities, or other technical/regulated environments. Experience in regulated markets, energy trading, technical operations or technical operati
- ons.Strong project management skills, including planning, risk management, governance reporting and stakeholder management. Knowledge of the Single Electricity Market (SEM), including SEMOpx, scheduling & dispatch processes, and the regulatory environment for renewable energy assets.
