Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Engineer to lead process optimisation projects from concept to production handover.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical leadership, subject matter expertise and driving process development activities across the site.
Key responsibilities include leading process optimisation projects, analysing current manufacturing processes, advising on potential areas for cycle time improvements or scrap reduction, supporting process development and cost reduction projects and providing technical leadership to senior engineers, engineers, co-op students, technicians and operators.

Requirements
* A Level 8 Degree in Engineering, Science or related discipline or equivalent technical experience
* A minimum of 4 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for optimising existing and new processes
* Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
* Experience in an FDA regulated or regulated industry beneficial
* Experience in six sigma and lean manufacturing environments with proven improvement results
