This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading public sector organisation responsible for managing critical national infrastructure.
The organisation plays a crucial role in supporting the energy needs of homes, businesses, and industries across Ireland.
 * Manage Board and Committee meetings, papers, minutes, and actions efficiently.
 * Ensure compliance with governance codes and relevant legislation.
 * Liaise effectively with regulatory bodies and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
 1. Manage Board and Committee meetings, papers, minutes, and actions.
 2. Guarantee adherence to governance codes and legislation.
 3. Establish strong relationships with Shareholding Departments and regulatory bodies.
Requirements
 * Minimum 5 years' experience in senior company secretarial or governance roles.
 * Possess a relevant third-level qualification in law, governance, business, or a related field.
 * Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Irish company law and public sector governance.
