Job Description:
The primary objective of the Project HSE Advisor is to provide guidance and support to project managers in establishing and maintaining health, safety, and environmental systems on-site.
* Promote safe working practices and ensure the implementation of company policies and procedures related to health, safety, and environment.
* Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and report findings to relevant stakeholders.
* Verify that health, safety, and environmental project plans adhere to company standards.
* Collaborate with site managers to conduct risk assessments and evaluate subcontractors.
* Deliver training sessions on health, safety, and environmental best practices as needed.
* Support incident investigations and stay up-to-date on relevant Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation.
To be successful in this role, applicants should possess a Level 7 qualification in Health and Safety, at least 3 years of experience in Project HSE Management, and have in-depth knowledge of ISO: 45001 and ISO: 14001 standards.
