Commercial Manager Commercial Manager required to join one of Europes leading Tier 1 Main Contractors on a Data Centre project in Helsinki, Finland.The Commercial Manager will report into the Regional Commercial Manager and will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of a key project in the region. Responsibilities: Lead and develop a high-performing commercial team in a fast-paced construction environment. Implement cost controls and deliver accurate financial reporting, including monthly cost reports and cash flows. Develop and execute procurement plans to meet project timelines, budgets, and scope. Manage project risks, opportunities, and commercial challenges while ensuring due diligence on subcontractors and suppliers. Oversee contracts, payment certifications, and cash flow management for clients and the supply chain. Collaborate with internal teams, maintain client relationships, and drive knowledge sharing for project success. Requirements: Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar. 10+ years of relevant experience. Main contractor experience, with MEP and data centre knowledge preferred. Strong communication, numeracy, and problem-solving skills. Experience with various procurement methods, including lump sum and design-build. Proven ability to manage high-value projects efficiently.
