Reporting to: Customer Service Manager
Main Responsibilities
1. Manage a high volume of inbound calls professionally.
2. Identify customer needs, resolve complaints, and provide effective solutions.
3. Maintain communication that aligns with company policies and best practices.
4. Owning customer requests from start to finish.
5. Effective communication via email with customers.
6. Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets.
7. Building strong working relationships with colleagues for smooth service delivery.
8. Processing information accurately and reporting customer complaints to the manager.
The Ideal Candidate
1. 1-2 years of experience in a similar customer service role.
2. Experience in the Customer Service/Waste Industry is advantageous.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT systems.
4. Flexibility to work in various areas of the company.
5. Eligibility to work in Ireland.
6. Strong proficiency in the English language.
