Job Opportunity: Senior Clinical Psychologist
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Psychologist to join our team.
Nua Healthcare Services provides residential and supported living services to individuals with complex needs, requiring expert psychological support.
As a Senior Clinical Psychologist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering high-quality mental health services, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for our clients.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, focusing on psychotherapeutic interventions and cognitive-behavioral therapies.
2. Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatment programs, ensuring accurate and effective interventions.
3. Facilitate group therapy sessions, counseling, and educational programs, promoting client engagement and empowerment.
4. Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to junior staff members, fostering professional growth and development.
5. Maintain accurate statistical records and contribute to service reports, informing strategic decisions and policy developments.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
* Postgraduate qualification in clinical psychology or equivalent.
* Registration with the relevant governing body (e.g., Psychological Society of Ireland).
* At least 3 years post-qualification experience working with individuals with Autism, Intellectual Disabilities, and/or Mental Health difficulties.
