Le Meas Executive Searchare delighted to partner with a rapidly growing Life Assurance company to hire a Technical Pension Specialist to their Dublin operation.*Our client do not support visa sponsorship, to apply you must hold a valid Stamp 4 / 1G Spousal visa or a European / Irish passport*Key Responsibilities:Monitor and ensure all client reports produced by Advice Support Unit (ASU) are compliant and prioritise customer interests and uphold the highest standards of integrity.Investigate queries from advisors, ASU and Sales Excellence thoroughly and provide accurate responses.Build and maintain strong working relationships with advisors.Facilitate training of new advisors and ASU paraplanners.Stay up to date with changes in legislation and ensure knowledge is shared across relevant groups.Required Qualifications & Experience:Minimum QFA (RPA qualification desirable)At least 3 years' experience in a pensions consultancy/advisory/brokerage role.Deep understanding of pensions legislation and the regulatory environment.Strong technical knowledge of customer financial advice.Excellent attention to detail.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to challenge and influence effectively.Ability to build and deliver engaging presentations.Team player with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.*Our client do not support visa sponsorship, to apply you must hold a valid Stamp 4 / 1G Spousal visa or a European / Irish passport*If you have the relevant experience and would like to learn more please submit a CV through LinkedIn or to
