We are now looking for a Head Chef to join our team.
The successful candidate will be leading a
team of 6
, serving up crowd-pleasing food in a fast-paced hotel bar environment. This is hands-on, sleeves-rolled-up cheffing with plenty of room to put your stamp on menus and standards.
The Head Chef will be
* Running the kitchen day to day
* Managing HACCP, rotas, menus, ordering & stock control
* Training, motivating and leading your team
* Keeping food quality high and service smooth
* Maintaining solid GP controls
* Using Procure Wizard and Alkimii
What We're Looking For
* Sous Chef experience (minimum) and ready for the step up
* Strong people management and training skills
* Organised, energetic, and calm under pressure
* Passion for great food and efficient kitchen
* Comfortable with systems, paperwork and compliance
