* We are seeking a skilled IT support professional to join our team as a Level 2 Service Desk Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
* The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering professional IT support to end-users on-site, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and supporting senior engineers on projects.
* They will also be required to monitor, manage, and resolve tickets within Service Level Agreements (SLAs), maintain detailed documentation, and contribute to the knowledge base.
* Additionally, they will provide support for business applications, meeting room technology, and mobile devices, and foster strong client relationships through excellent customer service.
Requirements
* The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Level 2 Service Delivery role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong technical skills in Active Directory, Azure, Office 365 Admin, and Windows environments.
* They must also be able to work effectively in a dynamic Service Desk atmosphere and possess a background in IT support.
