Our client, a global leader in digital media and technology, is seeking a
Spanish-speaking Account Manager
to join their
Mid-Market Iberia team
. This team helps small and medium-sized businesses grow by connecting them with customers through innovative online advertising solutions. You'll work with a diverse portfolio of clients, guiding them on best practices, helping them optimize their digital advertising strategy, and driving measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of
30–45 clients
across the Iberian market.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, focusing on
growth, product adoption, and customer satisfaction
.
* Identify new opportunities, trends, and solutions to help clients reach their goals.
* Deliver consultative sales support and data-driven insights.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful advertising strategies.
* Track and report on performance, metrics, and quarterly results.
Top 3 Non-Negotiables
1. Fluent in Spanish and English
– both written and verbal.
2. 3+ years' relevant experience
in account management, customer success, consulting, or digital advertising.
3. Experience from an agency or client-side background
, working directly with advertisers or media buyers.
