Salary: €30,000-€35,000 per annum (DOE) OTE €45-55K
Hours: hours per week (flexibility required)
Contract: Full-time, permanent

About the role
As a Recruitment Consultant at Staffline Recruitment Ireland, you'll play a key role in connecting great people with great businesses across a variety of industries. You'll join an established brand that combines local expertise with all-Ireland reach, offering long-

Key responsibilities
7. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
8. Manage vacancies and deliver a high-quality recruitment service
9. Source, screen, and interview candidates
10. Prepare candidates for interviews and provide feedback
11. Negotiate job offers and placements
12. Attend client visits and support tender proposals
13. Manage your own sales targets and contribute to branch performance
About you
We're looking for someone who's proactive, people-focused, and commercially minded, with:
14. At least 1 year's recruitment experience or 2 years' direct B2B sales experience in a target-driven environment
15. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
16. Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
17. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
18. A full driving licence or access to transport (travel may be required)
