Proactive Sales Manager Events & Hospitality (Tuesday to Saturday role) Are you a proactive sales professional with a passion for events and hospitality?
Were looking for a dynamic Event Sales Manager to drive private event sales for this hospitality group and build strong relationships with tour groups, Destination Management Companies (DMCs), and corporate clients.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on outbound sales and exceptional event execution.
Working primarily across a large, city-centre venue with multiple event spaces, youll also support a secondary venue with a private function room.
What Youll Do: Proactively generate leads and secure bookings from tour operators, DMCs, and corporate clients Manage event enquiries from first contact to execution, ensuring smooth communication and delivery Be on-site Tuesday to Saturday, with Saturdays focused on reviewing setups and client meet and greet (no late nights) Collaborate with operations to ensure successful delivery of pre-wedding parties, birthdays, and private events Support occasional bookings at secondary bar venue What Youll Bring: Proven experience in a proactive sales / event sales role within quality hotels / bars / venues Strong communication and relationship-building skills High level of organisation with keen eye detail Excellent client relationship skills Ability to work Saturdays as part of your regular schedule Join a passionate team and be part of delivering unforgettable events in a fast-paced, vibrant environment.
